1. Who Neighborhudz is for
Neighborhudz helps adults discover outings, make plans and meet other people. You must
be at least 18 to use it. Give accurate information about your age and identity. Do not impersonate someone else, mislead people about a plan, or use another person's account. Keep your sign-in details private.
2. Treat people with care
Follow the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards. Harassment, threats,
hate, sexual exploitation, scams, illegal activity and sharing someone's private
information without permission are not allowed. These rules cover profiles,
photos, plans, messages and every other contribution to Neighborhudz.
3. What you share
Only upload content you own or have permission to use. Get permission from people
whose private information or identifiable photos you share. You keep ownership
of your content. You allow Neighborhudz to store, process and display it to provide
the features and visibility you choose, subject to the app's privacy controls. This permission does not transfer ownership of your work to Neighborhudz. Your main profile photo may be public. New secondary photos use private storage with access for you and authorized group members. Do not put sensitive information in a public profile, plan or message. The Privacy Policy explains data handling.
4. Plans and real-world meetings
A plan is not a ticket, booking, reservation or guarantee that someone will
attend. Venues and organizers set their own admission, ticket and age rules. Check event details with their source, including later changes. Take reasonable care when meeting people: choose a place you are comfortable with and leave if you feel unsafe. Neighborhudz does not promise that another person has been vetted.
5. Reports and enforcement
You can use the in-app Report and Block controls. Do not misuse reporting to
harass others or knowingly submit false accusations. Reports are handled privately
through the moderation process; required legal disclosures may still apply. Content or accounts that break these rules may be restricted, removed or suspended. Questions about a decision can be sent to neighborhudz@gmail.com. Contacting support does not guarantee a particular decision or response time.
6. Ending use and account deletion
You can stop using Neighborhudz and request account deletion through Your account. Deletion and retention details explain what is removed, shared history that can remain, and limited safety or technical evidence that may be retained. Do not assume that deleting your account removes other people's contributions.
7. Updates and contact
Important changes to these rules will be presented for acceptance before you
create or upload more content. A new policy version does not mean you accepted
it previously. Questions: neighborhudz@gmail.com.
